Ingredients:

boiled chickpeas (1 pound dry)

water

sugar (i used brown)

cornstarch (for thickness, optional)
Instructions:

after boiling your chickpeas, separate them from the aquafaba.

place the boiled chickpeas in a blender and add water to cover. Blend until smooth.

strain the blended mixture to separate the liquid from the pulp.

pour the strained liquid into a pot and heat over medium.

add sugar and cornstarch to taste, stirring constantly until slightly thickened.
PSA: if you make this and it actually tastes good, please share the recipe with me! i got ≈9oz of milk from the pulp and used ≈ 3/4 cup of brown sugar and it still tasted like chickpea water ¯\\(ツ)/¯
